More and more companies are starting to allow different work options, like telecommuting and remote positions, because flexibility on the job can alleviate stress and even create better productivity. Business Insider partnered with PayScale to discover companies who stand out, including the top companies with workplace flexibility.
Researchers looked at the latest list of the 50 best companies to work for in America to determine the most flexible companies. Payscale determined the flexibility evaluating questions to do with how much time employees telecommute or if they are able to work from home.
Cisco Systems topped the list with almost 75% of employees given the opportunity to work from home.
